THE NESSIE:- A twin room (picture top right) which has an en-suite with shower, wc and wash hand basin. There is also a colour TV/DVD, hair dryer and tea & coffee making facilities.

THE HIGHLANDER:- Is a suite of a double and twin room, with private bathroom, shower cubicle with power shower. These rooms can be used as a family suite or for a party of 4. The double room has a colour TV/DVD, hair dryer & the suite has tea & coffee making facilities. 

BREAKFAST:- Is served at 8.30 am in the dining room, should you require an earlier breakfast please let us know the night before. Please let us know of any dietary preferances you may have at the time of booking.

MENU:-The start to a good day, is a hearty breakfast. A choice of fruit juices, fresh fruits, yoghurt, cereals or homemade oatmeal porridge. A delicious, cooked Scottish breakfast (local fresh eggs, prepared in differend ways), different kind of meats, homemade jams, marmelades, tea or/and coffee.

Continental, vegan and vegetarian breakfasts are available upon request.

During wintertime, I also offer evening meals on request.


Low Season: January - May / October - December £ 35 per person/night with breakfast.

High Season: June - September £ 38 per person/night with breakfast.

Children: 2 - 9 years low season £ 12, high season £ 15, 10 - 14 years low season £ 25, high season £ 28 per person/night with breakfast.

Single occupancy: low season £ 45 per night, high season £ 50 per night with breakfast.

Dogs are welcome, £ 7 per dog/night. Please bring the own Dog Bed and food with you.

During the busy summer months between June - August, we only accept bookings of two nights or more, otherwise the prices will become higher.

Please note that a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the hold amount is required at the time of booking. This will be deducted from your bill on departure.
